Summary0000165: Connecting via launcher doesn't work
Description

So for GTA IV, you can't connect to a server directly from launcher. The game always closes without any crash handler being invoked. No error, just closes.

A simple workaround is to launch the game offline, then use /connect
But what's the point of the launcher and server browser if we're forced to use this workaround?
Please fix

Open launcher, double click on server to join.
