Summary0000211: In fullscreen mode when i alt-tab i can't tab back into the game
Description

if i'm in fullscreen mode on gta iv if i alt-tab i can't tab back into the game it just stays on the background

Steps To Reproduce

alt-tab while in fullscreen and see if you can tab back into the game

Additional Information

i check in the taskmanager and apparently the grand theft auto iv process is not responding(when i tab out)
