Description

Windows server currently uses mozjs52. We already use mozjs60 on Linux server. Would be great to make these in sync for consistency.

Requires dropping XP support for server.

Issue is resolved. Starting in 1.4.1, Windows server will use mozjs60.

Windows server will no longer support XP
