Summary0000246: Pickups showing on all dimensions
Description

Seems to be happening only in VC at the moment.
Server spawns a pickup, sets it's dimension and sets onAllDimensions property to false.

Unfortunately the pickup still shows in other dimensions.

Fixed in next version. Don't use pickup type 0, which has been made invalid in the scripting API.
