Summary0000076: Issue with occupied vehicle when alt-tabbing
Description

So, when I alt-tab out of the game window, my console is spammed with this:
"STUCK: Final Step: Player Entity 116 Is Stuck"

And when I tab back in, it's like my car is parked up a tree. It's slightly raised up at an angle, and will only slightly move, like there's something underneath it.

This is not a one-time occurrence. It happens every time I alt-tab out of game.

Steps To Reproduce

Spawn and enter a vehicle as driver.
While sitting in driver seat, alt-tab out, then back into the game.
Attempt to drive the vehicle.
Check console for spam.

I forgot to mention that this doesn't happen offline. Only occurs when connected to a server.
