Summary	0000121: Server cannot make subdirectories for logs.
Description	Explanation: I have an existing logs folder. Running multiple servers via different configs results in a messy state of all logs being in one folder, so I decided to organize into subfolders. I added it to the different server configs, similar to this: <logpath>logs/dir1</logpath> with dir1, dir2, etc being folder names corresponding to the server. I didn't actually make the folders (assumed the server would do this automatically) but it failed to do so, throwing the error shown in the attached image.
