Summary	0000298: Launcher should send player name list udp request when player count updates for that server
Description	Launcher should send player name list udp request when player count updates for that server. Player count updates for the server on a different protocol and thus could trigger the player name list udp request/response. With a fallback of 1 request to any server every 1-3 seconds or so.
