Summary0000430: Server query doesn't return info if history list is full
Description

This bug has been present in GTA Connected for years.

Each time you join a server, it's added to the history list in your launcher. When it finally reaches a certain amount, server query won't work. This means player list, rules list, etc will all be empty.
