Summary	0000479: Cannot enter server when another player is in a server
Description	A friend and I are playing GTA Connected 1.5.5 on version 1070 of GTA 4. When entering an empty server we are both able to enter games with no problem. When attempting to enter a server with other players (of any count) it will say "connected" at the top left but be frozen on "LOADING GTA CONNECTED" with the letters at the bottom right flashing infinitely. As soon as all the other players leave it will immediately admit one of us into the server so the issue has been narrowed down to joining a server when anyone else is in one.
Steps To Reproduce	Use GTA Connected on GTA 4 and attempt to join any standard free roam server that is occupied by another player.
Additional Information	Both my friend and I are in different states on entirely different IPs. This issue has been when joining other servers, as well as when we tried connecting to my own x64 server. The only server we were able to enter since this problem arose was some heavily modded roleplay server. Attached are the last 3 logs which showed the issue
