Summary0000008: Masterlist always shows 0 players.
Description

So I started my server the other day, and successfully connected. The player count on the master list (http://masterlist.gtaconnected.com/) always showed 0.

Steps To Reproduce

Start a publicly-accessible server with masterlist option set to true, and connect to the server (or have someone else connect).

While remaining connected, open master list in a browser and look at player count.
