Summary0000085: onCursorDown and onCursorUp don't trigger when game has focus.
Description

When the game has focus - I left click, middle click (wheel), or right click, but neither of the 2 events are triggered.
When the game doesn't have focus, when I click on the window to gain it's focus, the onCursorDown event triggers fine for the 3 buttons, but onCursorUp only triggers for the mouse wheel release, it doesn't trigger for left or right button released.
