Description

The loading screen now takes some time to load when you press start in gta 4, not annoying just an wierd bug on GTA Connected 1.2.23

This bug has been updated to show that it's for GTA IV (you had it labeled as an issue with the bug tracker)
I've also set the bug to unassigned. It will be assigned when a developer has time and starts to work on it.
