Description

I have been experiencing this since some builds. Are they debug-only?

The usage of this seems to have changed. Previously, to dump client-side docs you had to be disconnected from a server (in an offline session)
However it now seems to dump the client docs regardless of whether connected to a server or not.

To dump server docs, you have to use the server console instead. The in-game command no longer dumps server docs.
