Summary0000414: Connect/Reconnect logic sometimes fails.
Description

Something in the logic doesn't work.

Steps To Reproduce

Open a local server.
Open client.
Type /connect, then /reconnect, then /reconnect.

Expected:
When connected, running /reconnect should instantly disconnect you, and connect again. No waits. (Ignore network specific problems)

What happens:
Connects, then on reconnect it disconnects, doesn't reset world and state, and you need to trigger reconnect again to make it work.

1 - Launch game, offline
2 - Do /connect, connects to local server
3 - Do /reconnect, disconnects and tries to connect. Waits for any reason.
4 - Do /reconnect again, actually connects back.
