I think the controls are still being synced, even though the player's controls are disabled (via setPlayerControl)

Steps To Reproduce
  • Connect two client instances to the same server (or use another player to test)
  • Disable player controls on one client with setPlayerControl
  • On that client, try to move your ped
  • Observe the running animation on the other client
