Summary0000500: it doesn't launch 0000499: Unhandled exception access violation c00005 gta iv connected
Description

Since I updated to version 1.5.28, I just go to every server and it immediately throws up this error message.
Before, there was no such thing as throwing in the error right away.
I think the updated version must be the bug, because I tried it with fresh gta iv (freshly reinstalled) and it didn't work either.

Steps To Reproduce

Just run the game with gta connected 1.5.8. or 1.5.9, and you will see the game doesn't launch, just shows up these errors.
