Summary0000510: "binkw32.dll was not found" pops up
Description

when I try and open GTAIV.exe, it shows "The code execution cannot proceed because binkw32.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." please help

nevermind, i went to the directory and made a shortcut of Launcher.exe
