Summary	0000510: "binkw32.dll was not found" pops up
Description	when I try and open GTAIV.exe, it shows "The code execution cannot proceed because binkw32.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." please help
Steps To Reproduce	idk how
Additional Information	it's on the retail folder of my GTA IV folder
