Summary0000526: Game crashes seconds before loading in server
Description

My game crashes on the "Loading in gamemodes" blackscreen and gives me a fatal error: img10
I cant open the crashdump because the option is greyed out.
I tried installing a fresh copy of the game but no luck.
I have no mods installed, its just the vanilla game with the downgrade 1.8.0 patch.
i have all vcredist installed.

Steps To Reproduce

Join any server
select gta 4
click start
i spawn in and in 1 second i go to the black loading screen, the game crashes

Additional Information

Using Radeon RX 9070XT and Ryzen 5 7500F combo.
Newest GPU drivers
I have never got it to work on my computer, just recently started playing.
I could add screenshots a bit later if necessary
